Average Delivery Times
Due to current events, delivery times may be longer because of limited parcel services and flights. At Suava Boutique, we strive to offer the best price-performance ratio. To achieve this, we ship products directly from our suppliers. This approach allows us to significantly reduce transport, storage, packaging, and shipping costs, enabling us to offer products at fair prices. As a result, our average delivery times range between 5-15 days.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and sent to our supplier on the day they are placed. Processing occurs Monday through Saturday at our distribution center, and orders are shipped from the warehouse within 1-3 business days.
Delays
We deliver 97% of orders within the stated delivery time. Unfortunately, delays can happen. Common causes for delays include:
- Holidays
- Customs inspections
- Illness within courier services
- War or geopolitical events
Free Shipping
We cover all shipping costs and deliver every order to your home FREE OF CHARGE, with no minimum order quantity.
Cancellation of Your Orders
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed, as it is shipped and processed directly by our supplier. However, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the product, within which you may return the order.
In certain scenarios, cancellation may still be possible. In such cases, we charge a fee to cover the shipping cost.
Check Your Shipping Details Carefully!
To ensure your order is processed correctly, it is essential that your shipping details are complete and accurate. Missing or incorrect information may cause shipping delays. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide accurate information.
Please note:
- If a package is lost or cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, the costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Refunds cannot be issued for such cases.
Loss of Delivery
If there are any issues with your order, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us as soon as possible.
In the case of a lost shipment or if the customer claims they did not receive the order (even if tracking indicates delivery), we ask customers to first contact the delivery service to inquire about the package’s location.
If this does not resolve the issue, we will initiate an investigation. Please note that this process may take up to 3 months, after which we will provide an appropriate solution. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this process. Both we and the customer must fully cooperate with the supplier and the delivery service.
Track Your Order
You can track your order via our Track and Trace page. Typically, tracking information becomes available the next day. However, in some cases, it can take up to 3 days after placing your order. It may also take up to a week for the first tracking updates to become visible.
Where Can I Find My Tracking Number?
No worries! Once your items have been shipped, you will automatically receive an email from our system containing your tracking number.
